Ended case files, <1871-1994> [ongoing].

Each file contains all the documentation pertaining to each case. This may be nothing more than a summons issued by the state police for an overweight truck and a copy of the order indicating the fine was paid to the voluminous records involved in a regulated utility rate request. Typical files include petitions, hearing transcripts, exhibits and final orders. The first transfer of case files also included the Railroad Commission's Reports from 1871-1903.
